Site Migrations. Protect your rankings through every change.

A site migration handled badly can destroy years of SEO progress overnight. We plan, implement and monitor every migration to preserve your organic performance, before, during and after.

A site migration is the single highest-risk event for organic search performance. Change your domain, your platform, your URL structure or your design without proper SEO planning and you can lose years of accumulated rankings overnight. The traffic does not come back automatically. Sometimes it does not come back at all.

We have managed migrations for businesses of every size across every major platform. We plan every detail before anything moves, validate every redirect before it goes live, and monitor performance closely in the weeks after launch. The work does not stop at go-live. It is when the work matters most.

Migration Types

Types of Migration We Handle

Platform migrations

Moving from one CMS or ecommerce platform to another, such as WordPress to Webflow or Magento to Shopify, while preserving the organic equity built in the existing site.

Domain changes

Rebrands, mergers or consolidations that require moving content from one domain to another while preserving organic equity. Handled incorrectly, domain changes are one of the most damaging events in SEO.

HTTPS migrations

Moving from HTTP to HTTPS. Technically straightforward in principle but frequently botched in ways that affect rankings, user trust and browser security warnings.

URL restructures

Changing URL structures as part of a redesign or architecture improvement without losing the authority built in existing URLs. This requires systematic redirect mapping and post-launch validation.

What We Do

Full documentation of your current rankings, traffic and indexed URLs before any changes are made. This is your baseline and safety net.

Comprehensive mapping of old URLs to new URLs. Every redirect matters, we do not leave this to chance or a developer's best guess.

Crawl and index verification, robots.txt review, sitemap updates, canonical tags and hreflang validation for international sites.

We monitor traffic and rankings closely after launch and respond rapidly to any issues. The work does not stop at go-live.

Protect your rankings through every change.

FAQs

As early as possible. Ideally before the new platform or design is even signed off. The earlier we are involved, the more we can shape the project to protect SEO performance rather than retrofitting fixes after decisions have been made.

We monitor closely for at least eight weeks post-launch, as this is when migration-related issues are most likely to surface. For larger or more complex migrations we extend monitoring to three months.

Do not leave your rankings to chance.
